Shipping Information

In an effort to keep your shipping costs low we use several different carriers including but not limited to; UPS, Speedy Delivery, Federal Express, US Postal, Common Carrier and more. All shipping amounts have handeling charges factored into them. There are no other "surprise" shipping charges/surcharges.

Typically, we ship orders from multiple ware houses (sometimes directly from the manufacture if needed). 90% of our customers will receive their order within 2-4 business days. Sometimes your order will come from more than one location so you may not receive your entire order on the same day. If you need to rush your order please call 1-855-956-8725 and place your order in person and we can discuss some faster shipping options with you.

Delivery Area

This shopping cart system only calculates shipping quotes for the lower 48 states. If you are interested in having a product shipped outside of the lower 48 states please call for pricing. Delivery to US and Canada only.

Shipping Errors

If we made an error let us know we will do our best to get things rectified immediately.


Customers must receive prior authorization from before returning any merchandise. Returned goods must be accompanied by a return merchandise authorization number. All returned items must be in unopened, new and sellable condition. There is a 20% restocking charge on returned merchandise after *30 days. Returns must be requested within *30 days and must be delivered and received at within *60 days (returns will not be accepted after *60 days).

  1. Custom printed items are non-returnable.
  2. If made an error on your order, put the wrong item in the box, etc. will reship those items at their shipping expense. will decide if or how they want the products shipped back.
  3. If the customer ordered too much or just simply wishes to return item(s) the cost of shipping the items back to will be the customer's expense.
* When counting or determining the number of days the day the item shipped is day #1.

Damaged Shipments

Golden Eagle Decor & Graphics is not responsible for damages to material that occurs after the carrier picks up the products. We recommend you inspect your shipment for damage before accepting your shipment from the carrier. If damage has occurred during shipment please notify the carrier immediately (within 24 hours) and follow the carrier's instructions. Please feel free to notify as we may be able to help you.
